SURED 2024
Monte Verità Conference on Sustainable Resource Use and Economic Dynamics

The conference on Sustainable Resource Use and Economic Dynamics (SURED) was founded by Lucas Bretschger, who will retire from ETH Zurich in January 2024. However, the conference continues at a bi-annual frequency under the new leadership of Beat Hintermann (University of Basel).
The SURED conferences have become well-known events in the fields of resource, energy and environmental economics and dynamic economic theory. By bringing together leading experts and young scientists from different disciplines and countries, who use both theoretical and applied approaches, SURED 2024 will provide a forum for the discussion of the latest developments in the field and for identifying future research agendas.
The SURED Conference is officially endorsed by the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (EAERE).
