The conference takes place 31 May - 4 June. The arrival, with welcome drinks and subsequent dinner, is planned for Sunday, 31 May. Participants have the option to leave in the evening of Wednesday, 3 June, or to stay until the morning of Thursday, June 4 and make use of the conference facilities to work on research projects or organise ad-hoc workshops.

On Tuesday afternoon, there will be an excursion involving a hike to Ponte Brolla, followed by dinner at Grotto America. For more detailed information, refer to the Excursion and Conference Dinner section.
