The conference takes place June 2-6. The arrival, with welcome drinks and subsequent dinner, is planned for Sunday, June 2. Participants have the option to leave in the evening of Wednesday, June 5, or to stay until the morning of Thursday, June 6 and make use of the conference facilities to work on research projects or organise ad-hoc workshops.

On Tuesday afternoon, there will be an excursion involving a hike, followed by the conference dinner.
